MA Dining Privileges on High Table

MA dining privileges allow any old Member who holds their MA Cantab, and after three years, by non-MAs with a qualifying degree (for example, LLM, MMath, MPhil, PhD) to dine on High Table free of charge up to three times a year, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays within Full Term providing a Fellow is present. We regret that Members are not permitted to bring a guest to dine on these occasions. Non-resident Members' (NRM) Nights

Most Members choose to exercise their MA dining privileges at one of the specially organised NRM Nights held twice a term. Please click here for further information.

Dining at Low Table

If you wish to bring one guest, but cannot attend on a designated NRM Night, Members are also able to purchase Formal Hall tickets to dine at Low Table on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during Full Term at a cost of £10.10 per Member, and £14.45 per guest. A maximum of one guest per Member is able to dine at Low Table without the President's permission. NRMs may book to dine at Low Table up to three times per year.

Dining at Low Table is dependent upon availability and must be booked in advance via the Buttery, who will be able to advise and can be contacted on 01223 332114 or Low Table dining tickets must be paid for, and any wine purchased, directly from the Buttery from 7.00pm on the evening in question.

Please note, that for Formal Hall to take place there must be a Fellow present, so please do check with the Buttery before making firm plans to dine in College.

Private Functions

Please note that NRM dining nights are designed to cater for small groups only and that Members can also book the Fellows’ Parlour for parties of up to 22 people by contacting the Conference Office. In addition, if you wish to organise a private dinner, conference, reception or wedding in College please contact the Conference Office to make a booking.

Students' and Members' Guest Rooms

The CAMCard is issued free to all alumni who have matriculated and studied at Cambridge identifying you as a member of the University. The CAMCard allows free entry into Colleges and discounts at the University Press shop.

Members can arrange for the Cam card to be sent to and collected from College if traveling to Cambridge from abroad.

Punt Hire

Non-resident Members can book punts by ringing the Porters' Lodge on 01223 332100. Bookings can be made 7 days in advance, at a charge of £10 per hour. Punts are available for hire from 8.00am-10.00pm each day and must be returned by 10.30pm. The season runs from July until September.
