Privileges for Members
MA Dining Rights
MA dining rights allow any old Member who holds their MA Cantab, and after three years, by non-MAs with a qualifying degree (for example, LLM, MMath, MPhil, PhD) to dine on High Table free of charge up to three times a year, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays within Full Term; providing a Fellow is present. We regret that Members are not permitted to bring a guest to dine on these occasions, and there is a maximum of 10 NRMs who are able to dine on High Table on any given night. To book in to dine on High Table with your MA Rights please contact the Alumni & Development by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 01223 332104.
Non-resident Members' (NRM) Nights
Most alumni choose to exercise their MA dining rights at one of the specially organised NRM Nights held three times a term. Please click here for further information.
Dining at Low Table
If you wish to bring a guest, but cannot attend on a designated NRM Night, Members are also able to purchase Formal Hall tickets to dine at Low Table on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during Full Term at a cost of £10.10 per Member, and £14.45 per guest. A maximum of 2 guests per Member are able to dine at Low Table on any given evening.
Dining in Lower Hall is dependent upon demand, and must be booked in advance via the Buttery, who can be contacted on 01223 332114 or email@example.com. Low Table dining tickets must be paid for, and any wine purchased, directly from the Buttery from 7.00pm on the evening in question.
Please note, that for Formal Hall to take place there must be a Fellow present, so please do check with the Buttery before making firm plans to dine in College.
Please note that NRM dining nights are designed to cater for small groups only and that Members can also book the Fellows’ Parlour for parties of up to 22 people by contacting the Conference Office. In addition, if you wish to organise a private dinner, conference, reception or wedding in College please contact the Conference Office to make a booking.

The Alumni and Development Office holds four rooms in College for use by Members. Please click here for more information.
