Robert Chartener (Chairman)

Robert is Chief Executive Officer of Foundation Source, which is the largest US provider of support and advisory services for private foundations. He is also chairman of Human Touch LLC, a leading provider of innovative wellness products. During his career he has served in a variety of operating, financial, and investment roles in the US and overseas.

Robert enjoys serving on several non-profit boards. He is a trustee and secretary of Cardigan Mountain School, a director of The Whitehead Foundation, and a member of the Finance Committee of the National Cathedral in Washington. He founded Magdalene in America over a decade ago to strengthen relations between Magdalene College and its members in North America.

He earned an A.B. degree from Princeton University, an M.Phil. degree from Cambridge University, and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.  Robert is a Fellow-Commoner of Magdalene College.

 

Geoffrey Craddock (Vice-chairman)

Geoffrey Craddock is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of OppenheimerFunds, based in New York. He is responsible for the company’s independent risk management function with oversight of investment and enterprise risks throughout the OppenheimerFunds’ complex.

Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in 2008, Mr. Craddock was a Senior Vice President and global Head of Market Risk Management for CIBC.

Mr. Craddock holds a Mathematics degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, both in the United Kingdom.

 

Jason Hafler

Dr. Hafler is currently the Director of Investments at Sanofi-Genzyme BioVentures (SGBV), based in Cambridge, MA. Previously, Dr. Hafler worked in the early stage biotech community in Boston for several firms including RaNA Therapeutics, Atlas Venture and Flagship Ventures.
 
Dr. Hafler earned his PhD at the University of Cambridge studying molecular genetics and immunology. He graduated with honors from Bowdoin College with a concentration in biomedical sciences and visual art, where he also served on the College’s Board of Trustees.
 
Jason currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Buckingham Browne and Nichols School in Cambridge, MA.

 

Graham Walker

Mr Walker is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of AEA Business Consulting LLC and AEA Business Advisors Ltd., and Partner/Principal of Walker Enterprises LLP.

Previously, Mr Walker was Executive Vice President of English & Continental Property Group and also Senior Consultant Solicitor at Jewkes Chan & Partners.

Mr Walker earned his degree in Philosophy at Manchester University, his Master of Laws at the University of Cambridge, and was called to the Bar at the Inns of Court School of Law, London.

 

William Wilson

Mr Wilson is a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at CRT Capital LLC, where he is responsible for originating and executing special situations and also public and private debt transactions, with a focus on the energy and oilfield service sector.

Previously, Mr Wilson served as Co-Head of Corporate Finance and then Head of Capital Markets at The PrinceRidge Group LLC.
