Non-Resident Members' (NRM) Nights

Most alumni choose to exercise their MA dining rights at one of the specially organised NRM Nights held three times a term. Bookings for these dates must be made through the Alumni & Development Office beforehand. To book, please email or call 01223 332104. Please note that NRM Nights are designed to cater to small groups only, and that alumni can also book the Fellows' Parlour for parties of up to 22 people. To book the Parlour, please contact the Conference Office.

We are pleased to say that the first four alumni to sign up for a Saturday NRM guest night will be able to bring a guest at the cost of £25.40. Please do contact the Alumni & Development Office for availability. Please note that, as current students are prohibited from dining at High Table, it will not be possible to bring a guest under the age of 21. It would usually be expected that the guest is a partner of the Member.

Schedule

19.00 - Pre-dinner drinks in the Peckard Room with the hosting Fellows
19.25 - Fellows guide NRMs down to dinner. College grace precedes the meal
c. 21.00 - Dinner ends and those on High Table retire to the Senior Combination Room until 22.00

Dress code

Men - Lounge suit and tie
Women - Cocktail dress/suit
NB Guests are not required to wear gowns but may do so if they wish

Menu

Please state whether you have any dietary requirements at the time of booking. Notice of any dietary requirements should be received no later than three business days before the date of the booking in order that appropriate preparations can be made.

The menu for the evening is provided on High Table. Please be aware that, when dining on High Table, there are additional, alternative options for the dessert course to that stated on the menu, which are traditionally available - just ask the serving staff.

Access

As the College's First Court buildings are old and listed, access to some areas may be difficult for NRMs with restricted mobility. Please call the Alumni & Development Office on 01223 332104 if you have any concerns.

There is also limited alumni accommodation in College, though availability cannot be guaranteed and must be booked in advance through the Alumni & Development Office. We hope you have a good evening should you come to dine!
