annual dinner and agm 2009
the association's 2009 annual dinner and agm will take place in college on saturday 28 march 2009.
the format for the day followed that adopted in recent years and included:
- 3.30-4.00pm: meeting of the association committee 4.00pm-4.30pm: tea, coffee & biscuits in the garden room, cripps court
- 4.30pm-5.30pm: lecture reinterpreting prehistoric maltese religion (c2400bc) by simon stoddart (fellow in archeology)
- 6.30pm-7.00pm: annual general meeting of the association in benson hall
- 7.00pm-7.30pm: pre-dinner drinks under the pepys cloisters
- 7.30pm: dinner in hall
- post dinner: the college bar will be open until midnight
cost per person (£50)
dress: black tie/lounge suit
