Magdalene in top 6 Cambridge Colleges!
You will recall we finished 2nd in the Tompkins Table (based on academic results) and 2nd in the alternative Tompkins Table (research compiled by the online publication 'The Bluebird' which assessed the sporting representation from each College) last year. We were also in the top 6 (out of 31 Colleges) in terms of alumni participation!
Magdalene's participation rate (the percentage of alumni who make a gift within our financial year) is not only an indication of the warmth and closeness felt by Members towards the College, but also helps us to attract support from many other sources, such as trusts and foundations. We very much hope that you will join the many Members who have already made a gift by supporting Magdalene before the end of June.
Last year, 20.08% of our contactable alumni made a gift to support the College, and we very much hope that we will be able to match this for the 2015/16 Financial Year (1st July 2015 – 20th June 2016). For more information, please click here.
